Thomas Johnson created this amazing Lego knitting machine. I think that making an I cord via dpns will be a little quicker though.

Very elegant presentation, poetic even. I question the usefulness of the guage though. Who knew that one could take a tedious and time consuming function, automate it, and make it take even longer?
holy crap that is amazing. and i thought i was impressed by this lego ball winder. not the most useful tool, of course, but incredible.
