I adore pressed pennies. I have been collecting them since I was a child. A few years ago, while working in a bead store, I had an idea of what to do with all of them. I think of it as a modern day charm bracelet where every penny has a memory of a place I visited.

Very cool...we need a tutorial! I have a sizeable collection now, and this would be such a great item to pass down the generations (I have my grandmother's charm bracelet from the 50s). What did you use to make the bracelet?

I make them all the time, but I do not make them quite like this. The ones I have made are done so they lay around my wrist instead of down my wrist. Also if you love Pressed Pennies, you might want to check out this site www.tecnews.org It is a group for people that collect coins like this.
