Raid Projects art opening
I went to an art opening at Raid Projects in Los Angeles this weekend. The main portion of the gallery featured enormous balloon sculptures by artist Jason Hackenwerth. They were colorful and amazing.
The North gallery featured artwork by artist in residence Aili Schmeltz. They were a series of sculptural installations that are reminiscent of architectural scale models.
